"Lack of AC made sleeping more difficult. Dining hall wasn’t worth the extra charge."

"Very unique stay in a cabin. No AC, steps were not stable. Room was tiny but clean. Coffee in lobby was ok. Everything felt like an upsell. Bar tender made great drinks, though on the pricy side. Don't eat at the restaurant. Terrible service and good not worth the cost."

"They charged $25 for us to check in 2 hours early, and then room was not cleaned. There were two soda cans containing cigarette buttes left on our king suite's balcony despite it was supposed to be non-smoking, We told a person on front desk to remove the cans, he said he will let the housekeeper know. but no-one came and taken care of issue."
