"Perfect location for visiting Teotihuacan early when the gates open at 8.00. A relaxed friendly environment and the pool in the central court was lovely. The staff were great. Breakfast buffet was good, dinner slightly limited choices. Room was small but clean and cheerful. Probably a better place for a short stay than a loved one. I would go again for a similar purpose."

"We were three women on our own. Alejandro, the doorman was amazing. He learned all three of our names and used them correctly whenever he saw us. He was extremely polite and helpful. Always asked permission before entering our rooms to help with something. Alejandro is a huge asset to this beautiful hotel. Another wonderful perk: we were given a separate key for a nice lounge with food and bathrooms before our rooms were ready and after checkout for us to have a place to use as needed all...
