"The room was tired. There were cracks in the sink in the bathroom; the handle was missing from the door on the fridge; there was no fire extinguisher in the holster. We were instructed to hand-wash the dishes, so hygiene is dependent on the previous guest.
Three amenities weren't great. Although it was advertised as a spa, none of the treatments appeared to be available off-season. Dinner was available but the restaurant was understaffed (the food took a long time, dishes were often not hot,...
