"I felt the hotel may have been old and refurbished. That was okay, the room, hallways and lobby were clean. I especially enjoyed the free breakfast accommodation I had. The woman who served me was very nice. We chatted a little and she was very pleasant. I did feel the bed was a little soft for me. I didn't really understand using the TV remote and using the apps, but I was tired. I had a long drive when I got to the hotel. I needed some ice and water and I had to walk to the otherside of the hotel to get it. I have pain issues with my back, walking after a long drive was difficult. Also, I was surprised by paying for a parking pass. My $98 room came to a lot higher price. I gave 4 to 5 stars. My issues were maybe my issues more than the hotels."

"So very peaceful and relatively easy access to Stanford. I used public transit and campus transport more than ride share services. The room was clean, spacious and modernized. I even loved the scent of the soaps and lotions and air fresheners. 100% smoke free. "

"Very nice hotel, the outside was very peaceful and relaxing. We checked in late and lobby was quiet, hotel looked clean. Our room was nice, we did find a hair in the shower. Our main issue was we were told the gym was on the floor above us, so between 7am and 9am we could hear a lot of noise & banging. It kept us from sleeping in which is what we needed after our long drive! Very disappointed to have to deal with that, thankfully we only had to stay 1 night."

"the hot tub smelled like sweat not sure if enough chlorine was in to kill that smell. my card did not work a few times at the pool which made me go back and forth other than that, we had a wonderful peaceful time!"
