"The location was easy to get too. Our view in the morning was beautiful! We loved our room, there was a lot of character. The hotel itself is well kept. We did not have the opportunity to use the spa, but are looking forward to re-booking another time to use it. "

Volume and picture constant interruptions while trying to watch Property should remove ROKU devices from rooms if not providing streaming services Telephone also did not work"

"I loved the suite even though it was a little dated. I was very disappointed that I specifically booked this hotel for the night after I snowboarded all day to be able to soak in the hot tub but the hot tub was closed and we never received any notice that it wouldn't be available for our stay. Also, it's not clear how to get to the main building etc. from your room building. I also went to the gym which wasn't fantastic. It asked you to clean the machines but only provided a gross/used towel and the gym bathroom didn't have the paper towel filled etc. I just expected a lot more from the resort especially given that I picked it thinking it would be a lot more swank than it was. Location was good though and the room had everything I needed."

"Very good location within 20 minutes walk to main street, ave. Room was extremely clean and convenient, perfect staff, very good beds. Basically we don't have any other comment. BTW, morning caffe in main, official area was excellent."

"I’d say the location was great, nearby shops, gym, etc. We drove from Calgary and it was easy to access. Parking was included but can get really packed specially behind the building and space to drive through can be really tricky. You can hear the train though, that’s why they provide earplugs in the bathroom, you can also hear foot’s steps from the above unit. For the room, we got the studio in the lodge with. Full kitchen, loved it. There’s also 24/7 front desk."
