"Nettes Herrenhaus -wir wurden super freundlich empfangen! 15 Minuten Fußweg vom Zentrum York Sehr sauber & gepflegt, Parkplätze vorhanden Frühstück Teilweise Selbstbedienung( frisches Obst, Joghurt, Müsli….); warme Speisen werden nach Wunsch zubereitet. Kaffee: French press WLAN: im Dachgeschoss sehr schlecht , im EG gut Unser Zimmer hat eine Gaube und war dadurch nicht vollständig zu verdunkeln; das 2. Fenster ( Velux)hat ein Verdunklungsrollo) "

"Accommodation at The Bowling Green is excellent. There are several rooms in a self contained annex right next to the pub. The rooms are of a very high standard and guests have access to a continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room. We have stayed here many times and have always been impressed. Staff are lovely and always happy to help. Highly recommended. "

"This isnt a manned hotel.. Its comfortable clean rooms in an unoccupied house. That being said its secure warm and a great stay. Slept really well. The bathroom and shower where great. 10 min walk into town great quiet location. I had to contact owners as door code wasn't received. Call was answered quickly and help was brilliant"
