"Fabulous stay. We booked 3 rooms, for an overnight family celebration trip. We truly loved this hotel wished we could stay longer ;) Large clean bright n airy rooms, Ritual toiletries, high spec TV, friendly and welcoming reception team. FABULOUS hot and cold offers at breakfast to suit all tastes, constantly topped up by the proud chef! Only downside small car park. However, we'd definitely stay again. It was one of my favourite hotels, great location for city shopping too!"

"In over 50years of travelling in all types and budget of Hotels this is the worst. On arrival the whole exterior was covered in scaffolding. No where on any websites is this information given. We arrived well ahead of time and asked for our bags to be kept and put in our room as it was not usually ready till 3.00. The receptionist( who I could barely understand as she had very poor English) said I'll check if the rooms ready. It was. We were given brief directions and had to carry our own bag...
