"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus."

"Staff was rude, not helpful, to busy talking to family that came inside to visit instead of helping staff. The rooms smelled funny. We stayed two nights, only had 1 towel first night asked for extra and said they would bring them up and never did, second night room never got cleaned and I had to run down staff to get towels and still tried to give me one towel for two people. Won’t book again"
