"The room smelled really bad when we first walked in. Found the trash can was full (including dirty diapers). The window was left open (assuming they were airing it out). Dishwasher wasn’t emptied as well. The staff handled the issue immediately and we appreciate their efforts. "

Our room at the old tavern was very comfortable and we loved taking our morning cup of coffee out to the back porch and then walking through the still streets. In addition, the staff at the Williamsburg Inn went above and beyond for us during our stay.
