Top Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai'i Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Express Waikiki by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The staff were amazing even when we had to book extra nights because of airline cancellations. They helped when there was the tsunami warning and evacuations "
"No resort fee which is very rare in Waikiki. Microwave in the room was excellent for warming up meals and coffee. 10 minute walk to Ala Moana shopping, fabulous and 20.minute walk along the beach through Hilton Hawaii village to central Waikiki.
A new Market place with supermarket ( ABC) only 200 metres away, Ihop, 3 doors away, truly a fabulous stay for the price. It's 5 minutes from Hilton Hawaiian village and the beautiful beach. Wonderful staff and happy to return. I wouldn't recommend to anyone."
"I loved our view from our balcony to the beach. Staff was very friendly. I also forgot two clothing items in the drawer, by the time I remembered I was already back home. I called the hotel and spoke with housekeeping and they found my items and are preparing to have them mailed back to me. I have to pay a small fee but I'm very grateful they went out of their way to look for it.
They also had complimentary breakfast which was pretty good! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends!"
"A little noise in the morning from delivery trucks making deliveries around the area. After checking out, the bell desk will store your luggage until you are ready to head to the airport. Definitely would recommend anyone wanting to walk to the beach without wanting to walk blocks to get there. "
