"This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing.
There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD.
The only slight downside to...
"It was an easy check in and check out. They were very accommodating with my old pups and got us a room by the elevator. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. The parking is off site which makes it a tad inconvenient but it’s doable since you are only paying $20 dollars a night and every other hotel is almost $50 a night to park."

The coffee shop/bakery downstairs was absolutely amazing and quickly became my go-to spot each morning. I also loved that the hotel offered refillable water bottles, which felt thoughtful and sustainable, plus complimentary slippers that added such a nice touch.

"We stayed here last year while it was being renovated so coming this year, the hotel had a major make over. My family and I loved it. Perfect location for our liking, rooms were tidy and we enjoyed going to the gym every morning. Pool was beautiful and not full of chlorine like some hotels. Overall, we love this place! "Exceptional Stay – Best Hotel Experience in My Life😍
We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

"The best part of this property was the staff and the comfort of the bed. I am very picky about what I sleep on and this bed was a ten! Staff could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Dom at the front desk made me feel right at home and he was very attentive. He always remembered me by name. This is by far one of the best hotels I have been in. The only down side was the coffee bar. Very slow and even if you called ahead, you waited in line like you never ordered ahead. "
