"The property is in an excellent location. It is in the center of downtown Honolulu close to multiple bars and restaurants. Very close to most of the popular attractions, etc. While not on the beach, it is directly across the street from the beach with full beach access. My only critique is the $65 a day resort fees for which I felt we received very little value. The pool area is very small with limited seating and if you are there when there are multiple children, it is not a relaxing experience. We went the first day afternoon of our trip and did not bother going back. I would have preferred to have stayed a few blocks away from the ocean and saved that resort fee for the use we received."

"The room and facility are clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. The amenities included are great! Including in-room supplies and out-door activities. It's nearby a variety of places to eat, mini-marts and a short walk from the beach. The bus stop is right next to it as well. The only negative part I have is that the elevator is reaaally slow and the up/down indicator lights aren't working. Also, the hall in front of the ground floor elevators is very narrow."

"Room has a slight musty, damp smell. Otherwise clean room. Room is small, but adequate for two people. Breakfast is great. Elevator situation is bad, only two elevators with one broken for months. You have to wait maybe 10 minutes as the elevators are full during rush hour. Location is great on the west end of Waikiki. "
