"Beautiful hotel. Excellent service. They arranged for our transportation. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was attentive, helpful and responsive to us as of it were the middle of the day. They even offered and provided bag meals for our early departure to Machu Picchu. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. "

"The staff were excellent at helping me settle in. Being an english speaking Canadian not knowing much Spanish this was helpful! Room service was always fast and delicious! I recommend the grilled alpaca (sort of like goat). I would just say potentially consider adding a larger selection to the menu however this is a personal preferance as there are many places to eat in Cusco.
