"Clean and comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport is available 24 hour and only five min drive. I would definitely stay here again left to early for breakfast but I expect it would be descent as well "

"Always enjoy my stay here when I am in Guatemala. I stay here before/after my flight. Easy walk to the airport. Friendly staff. They let me check in early without a surcharge which is nice. If you need someplace to overnight before or after your flight this is the place!"

"The staff, particularly our amazing doorman (my sincere apologies, but my middle-aged mind has forgotten his name,) were above and beyond! The room was spacious and the a/c and heater were both efficient. The bathroom was meticulously clean. The lack of a mini fridge in the room stocked with agua pura seems an oversight at this price point, but the delicious breakfasts, warm welcomes, and generous nature of everyone helped us forget this shortcoming. Will absolutely stay here again!"

"The room was excellent every staff person was impeccable! We especially have to shout out to Alavero who was wait staff. Just the best! The pool hot tub was great and in great location"

"All was wonderful. I loved that the rooms are named after the children and there's a bio on them in the room. Very personal touch. Also the worry dolls to put under your pillow made by the moms is a sweet touch. The restaurant was great. I recommend the breakfast!"

"I rarely respond to these requests for online reviews. In this case, I'm very happy to do so. This hotel was a pleasant surprise in so many ways. It's within walking distance to the airport though we chose to use their included shuttle service since it was early morning (and dark) when we left the hotel for the airport for our flight. After dark this is not a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. We arrived after dark and departed before sunrise so I can't speculate on a daylight walk. The...
