"Our room was perfect. The staff was above and beyond helpful, friendly and polite."

"With the amount of activities aimed at small kids, this is a wonderful and great resort to take the family for a weekend getaway. Their staff was very professional and attentive. Their breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had, the variety of items were all prepared in perfection."

"I left my Gucci slipper and never was returned to me. Very dishonest housekeeper…"

"Whenever we visit the Philippines, Conrad has been a good place for rest before our busy island hops. It’s also our resting place before flying out NAIA."

"A very nice hotel, we booked 2 separate rooms that were spacious and fairly clean. The only comment I’ll make is that the bathroom in both hotel rooms had molds on the glass door and floor, as well as 1 bathroom had less than half a roll of toilet paper left. Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Very good hotel and centrally located between Fora and Ayala malls. The cleanest and friendly hotel staff I have ever seen."

"Bring your money to play and win and eat too. Great place to stay"
