"The room was clean and everything was quiet, we had a pet with us. We enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to use the washer/dryer BUT not happy my daughter left her Owala and we remembered it to far down the road called and they said they would call us back after house keeping was done! It never happened. Someone kept the cup! We know we left it in that room!"

"Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK."

"Clean Room, friendly staff especially Mr Rusty, lunch and dinner was delicious, family didnt have breakfast, family friendly resort. There isn't a gym or computer room, but you're close to everything. Pool was clean at all times, kids will not be bored there. Family will definitely return."

"Elevator not working when i booked and was asked to book on another hotel. Our room is in the 4th floor. Dragging luggage and children into stairs is not a joke."

"We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were great. However, the one bed in our room was very used and bowed in the middle, making sleep very uncomfortable. It was very noisy there due to all of the young children running around all hours. Stonehill Lodge is great if you have really young children. The water play there closes at 6pm. The staff were all amazing though. If I choose to stay at Wilderness again in the future, I will definitely choose to stay in the other Lodge, so my kids can go to...
