"We enjoy our stay here every time we drop a child off for college in Rexburg. It's close enough to do all we need to do to help our college students, far enough away the rates aren't quite as high during typical dropoff and pickup times for BYUI. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the beds are comfortable, easy to enter and exit the parking lot, and a reasonable price"

"We were not aware the property was under renovation when we booked our stay. While they apologized for the inconvenience, it was still not an ideal stay. Rooms around us were being redone and there was a lot of renovation 'stuff' in the hallways along with noise during the day. Luckily, it was quiet at night :) The carpet in our room had paint splatters but no other evidence of remodeling. I'm assuming it was slated for further work in the future.
