"Great hotel and I’d def stay again, the only drawback is the way the noise. Could be the way the noise carries through the hallways. Also the foot steps from the room above us were easy to hear. But the area is wonderful and it’s a great value for SF. I’d stay again."

"Got shut into a room where the only outside window was to a covered parking lot. Not super clean and everything was pretty tired. Don't think it was worth the money but it's on the cheaper side so I suppose that's what you get. I will say it was a fantastic area to stay in and I'd definitely try to stay nearby again someday."

"A unique stay in the North Beach area. Booked the hotel due to walkability to Pier 39, Fisherman's Warf, and Pier 27 for a Princess Cruise. We are in good shape, took BART from SFO to Embarcadero and then walked 1.5 miles with carry-on luggage and a personal item to the hotel. A pretty direct route along Columbus gets you to the hotel, but it is a bit up hill at times. You also must carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. "Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"We stayed because of close proximity to presidio surgical center. Property is nice. Room is nice but a little bit unkept. The ac/heater very very loud. They serve complimentary tea and coffee. I was disappointed not to have some authentic tea rather than the usual teas found in hotels. Love that they have some parking right at the hotel."

"I stayed during the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and the location was perfect. Trek bike shop near by, food not far away and close to race start. The staff were great, rooms were big and bus stop out the front. It really was the best spot for this race. The bath was good post race as well. Overall highly recommend!"
