"The room was nice, clean and comfortable and we loved the location. It was really close to Pacific heights shops and restaurants. The staff were really friendly and the option for parking was nice. The only funny thing was that the receptionist couldn't help us get a remote for the tv and wouldn't find batteries to put in any spares. Nothing crazy, just a random thing to happen during the world cup."

Inside our room, we found old very stained unholstered chair, and a very filthy dirty bathroom with black mold in the shower, under soap holder, in every crack and crevice of the bathroom (which was everywhere), black mold in the window area and floor boards. "Location was great. Rooms are small. No closets- just a bar to hang items on. Bathroom is small, but adequate with a spacious shower. Small kitchenette/bar with sink, doubled as a vanity for me. "I stayed during the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon and the location was perfect. Trek bike shop near by, food not far away and close to race start. The staff were great, rooms were big and bus stop out the front. It really was the best spot for this race. The bath was good post race as well. Overall highly recommend!"

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"This motel was OK. It did the job as we needed a room to sleep in with a parking space. The parking space was definitely a dealbreaker for me. The staff were pretty much straightforward. There are really no amenities there other than vending machines. It was a basic place to stay if you need a place to crash in San Francisco but plan to be out and about."
