I was impressed on the service because after the first night, they texted me to ask how everything was and if there was anything they could do to make the stay more pleasant. Super impressed. Then to top if off, they offered free fresh morning croissants that you can grab in the lobby. Will come back again. ...

"Excellent location in Downtown Montreal. Valet service was very helpful, and the front counter staff brings you a nice continental style breakfast in the morning. The only drawback is that the suites are located on the second floor of the property which are accessed by a flight of stairs. If the valet is not on duty, you need to get yourself and your bags to the second floor. Aside from that, the property is a very chic, boutique style hotel in a location close to everything."

The hotel staff were very helpful. The beds very comfortable.
