"When we arrived they picked us up in a disorganised shuttle. Took us 40 minutes away from the airport then told us we didnt have a room and asked us to pay more. Would not recommend."

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"The property is pretty new. No onsite gym. Has a good sized lounge on the first floor right next to the dining area. Daily complementary breakfast: a mixture of non-authentic western style and authentic Chinese style:) Quality is good! Onsite self-service washer and dryer. Unfortunately, I stayed in two rooms; in both of their bathrooms, there was a strong sewage smell.
