"I recently spent three nights at Quest Cronulla and really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, with the beach and some great coastal walks right on the doorstep. ​The room was clean and well-kept, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. While the nearby pub can be a bit noisy late in the evening, I didn't find it to be too bad. It was a convenient spot for my trip and I would happily stay there again."

"I knew things were wrong when I saw that the check-in counter and the drinks bar were the same structure. And it got worse. In one single, dingy room, the check-in staff double up as bar tender, wait-staff, and cleaners as well. If you want to order a meal or a drink, you cannot get anyone's attention because they are checking customers in. You can only resort to using a QR code for your order, and then good luck! The chances of anyone noticing your order are almost zero, because they are, well,...

"Good for a cheap room. A/C split unit didn't blow warm or hot air so room was very cold. Moved the bed to try and find something that went under and there were crushed up chocolate something still under it. Taps had to ring the neck off the tap to stop it running. Beds were comfy pillows mayaswell had been pillow cases. No extra blankets in the room. Like I said it was good for a cheap room for a couple of nights."

"This is a great place to stay near the airport. From here you can easily walk to the domestic airport or catch the shuttle bus. There is a great bar on the top floor where you can watch planes take off and land in the evening and again in the morning while having breakfast. Big comfortable rooms and nice staff."

The hotel shuttle from the airport you have to figure it out on your own, as communication about this was not answered. The Housekeeping staff needs a bit of improvement. The conditioner was out and I asked for it to be replenished twice and this was not done. The teas/coffees were not replenished. The housekeeper knocked on our door at night around 9 or 10pm to change the garbage...
