"Went on a girls 50th birthday trip end of April. Loved the condo… perfect gulf view the pool was nice and the property was well taken care of. Especially, bc they were still rebuilding from Hurricane Helene. Loved that we had a washer dryer combo in our condo. Close to shopping and restaurants. Definitely recommend! "

"It is place that I 100% recommend. Receptionist and the handyman, super helpful and available all the time for phone call. The sensation to get out of the bed, open your door and see the ocean at like 30 feet is amazing. A place that I will return for sure."

"Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air. "the property was very quiet and friendly. fast response from property manager. loved the amenities and the pool. nice workout place and bathrooms were very clean. the pool area had a kitchen and propane grills to cook in. loved it. I felt uncomfortable leaving the keys in the apartment and the apartment was left unlocked. Recommendation would be nice to lock the apartment and leave the key in the place where we obtained it from."
