"Everything was fine just there wasn’t cleaning everyday like other hotels and to leave luggage for the day if you arrive early you have to pay double then at other places"

"Check-in ist auch beim zweiten Mal eine Herausforderung. Es dauert stets lange. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Englisch sprechen können. Die Zimmer sind sauber aber konnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Zimmerreinigung nur, wenn man es an der Rezeption anmeldet (ansonsten erst nach 3 Tagen! ). Bei dem Preis sollte dieses eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. "

"My junior king suite with a balcony overlooking the city was false promotion. There were two small, narrow platforms that were more like gangplanks with a view of the building across the street. No room for having breakfast outside and even if there was it wouldn’t have been at all nice."

"The heating on site is really bad in the room. The bedroom got so hot at night that I complained and they offered me nothing. I demanded that they at least provide me with drinking water. The room I was in only had 1 small window that was overlooking the street so all the noise from the main road filtered in. The Aircon only went to 18 and the heating was too high for the Aircon to be felt. The night staff that I was dealing with were not the most helpful or considerate. The day staff at...

"Schönes Hotel, nur leider etwas chaotisch und nicht so gut organisiert. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr laut und hektisch. Leider war ständig die Kaffeemaschine defekt, Brotauswahl war sehr gering, und zeitweise war auch keines mehr vorhanden. Der hintere Raum im Kaffee war sehr laut, hektisch und hatte wenig Atmosphäre. Die Qualität des Frühstücks passte nicht zum Preis. "

"Hotel is beautiful with pleasant welcoming staff. The location is superb: one block from Vienna state opera and other city attractions are walking distance. Rooms are clean but a bit dated, has kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, teapot and selection of teas. Public transport nearby as well. We had a great time in Vienna. "

"Very Large airy quiet room with large modern bathroom. Superb twin beds and pillows. Directly across from 2 grocery stores and choice of cafes. 1 min walk to Südtiroler Platz for U Line 1. From here can walk underground or on sidewalk to Vienna Hbf for OBB Train 10/10 for convenience and comfort . Leisurely walk to Belvedere Palace.
