"This Ibis Hotel is located in a very convenient area in the old town and the major Edinburgh sites were easy walks from the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was fresh, and my room was very clean. I wish the room had a refrigerator to store cold drinks. "

"You cannot charge anything to your room unless you have paid money up front for them to deduct from like a line of credit. The whole thing was ridiculous as they had all my credit card details and could easily charge my card. It was extremely inconvenient having to pay every time you ordered and we had the same issue at the Clayton hotel in Glasgow. We also stayed at the Caledonian hotel in Edinburgh and had no issues charging anything to our room. Other than that there was a lot of construction going on around the hotel so forget sleeping in and one of the 2 elevators wasn’t working. The staff however were great and very polite and helpful and the location was excellent."

"When we arived the staff where great helped with our bags, took us to our room showed us how to work everything,room was realy clean shower great tea coffee, on the next day they got us our taxi pluss you have a key card to get in at night, parking majic had there own, so no complains from us had a lovely time,"
