"We were there for 4 nights and didn’t have hot water for the who stay, paid extra for a jacuzzi for the grandchildren and with no hot water we didn’t use it once, is that planned by the hotel?? "

"Hotel was under construction - to be expected gotta update sometime! Hotel only had a pool, no hot tub.. Biggest issue, I was charged more at hotel then I was told I would be on Expedia."

"shower barely worked, low water pressure, toilet barely flushed. Breakfast was limited"

"The waterpark room was super hot. The water in the bathrooms was like a gentle trickle, both tap and shower. The tap was either ice cold or very hot. The tv had very few, uninteresting channels. Very poorly taken care of building. For breakfast, the only protein was hard boiled eggs. Only fruit was apples. They had a limited amount of yogurt and muffins so they would run out and not refill. The only good thing was the waffles. Juice machine broken and no juice offered. Someone is running this on an extremely cheap budget and you feel it."

"Room was fantastic, had the loft and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect. Breakfast was terrible and area was filled with drug addicts"
