"Room was drab. Patches of paint that didn't blend in. Curtains Worn. Worn old art. Refrigerator barely worked. Air conditioning was hit or miss for ideal temperature. Breakfast was fine but nothing special or to get excited about. Started discussing checking out a day early 3 days in advance and the hotel refused to change my booking to reflect that so paid for a night I didn't even stay. Front desk staff was usually somewhere else and I would have to flag them down"

"Breakfast was fantastic included in my package for 2. Everything was beautiful. 15 min from airport flat $35 fee. No need to rent car the resort is huge. Soundwaves experience a little expensive but mainly for the kids under 14. Adults must accompany kids under 16 but they dont have to pay full orice and sadly they dont tell u that either. I learned from reviews. Silent party Boat ride on premises and they give u earphones and light sticks...cheaper b4 6pm. Still I think a little pricey for a 15 min ride even if u get to keep the glow stick. Waterfall show that can match the Bellagio thats free. Free shuttle to the Opry mall which was also fab that had several Game and escape rooms, food court, shopping stores, Dave & Busters, etc. "

"Room smelled misty. Shower barely puts out water, it might take you an hour to take a shower. And not sure why we have to pay for parking. "

"I was at the hotel with a group in mid-April. The hotel appeared to be in the late stages of a renovation, so there was dust in a lot of common areas. But enough of the renovation was done so that the hotel felt refreshed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for hotels at this price point. (Above average, but I've had better.) The staff at check-in was friendly. The only concern was noise level. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and there was nothing to shield the noise. There are elevated train tracks on the other side of the building. So, if you are a light sleeper, there will be some disruption during the night. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area."
