The neglect of basic property maintenance as well as cleaning/deep cleaning is apparent but It is an older property and for the price it’s at or below what you’d expect. The older gentleman that checked me in was a little angry/abrasive and did not seem to believe that I would be staying alone in my booked room. Shower was hot, bed was ok, and it was quiet enough for sound sleep (Sunday night)

Park N Stay is A very quiet, and Isolated place to stay most of the Beings here are residentsof the hotel. And not a very nice or average room it's more a poor room but it's about what u make it and also it has some roaches but not that bad just buy spray if u want to safe money and ur open minded and hearted and just want to chill and peace and enjoy urself in what u make ur room and. The cleanines was okay but when I got here the refrigerator was so smelly and disgusting they hadn't cleaned it but I did and had to get it working again but it's okay because It's worth the saving off extra $200 at bravo inn. When I can just make the best of ur circumstances or decisions with just making the best out of the place so I would recommend to a more open person who just wants peace and quietness and thats it God bless u and Pray u travel safe or find somwhere t9 settle safe God is good make the best and be grateful 🙏😇

Inn did not honor our reservation. Desk clerk was very rude. He just kept yelling "No Vacancy" while we tried to show reservation and confirmation information.

Horrible Experience
The hotel was filthy. I walked into the room and right back out. The “suite” was supposed to have a king bed. There was one double bed. There was trash on the floor and I did not stay in the room long enough to see anything else. I went back to the front desk to get a refund and was told I had to wait until check out the next day. Front desk attendant was incredibly rude.

Very basic room
If all you need is a room with a bathroom, this is it. No working air in room, thin walls, musty smelling. Had tv but remote on worked to change channels, Well lit parking lot. Checked in after 9pm, dont think desk clerk knew much English.

Very bad experience. I had a reservation, arrived and the man was yelled at me in a language I couldn’t understand, no reservation, no room, closed. He wouldn’t let me show him my reservation. I called the authorities, couldn’t do anything. He acted very hateful and rude. I called earlier in the day to confirm late check in, said if I have a reservation, no problem. I did have one. He wouldn't let me check in the room I had reserved.

Worst management ever!!!!
Well the service was terrible he came out only when somebody he knew it looked like came to the window and he yelled at me and told me if I didn't have money in my hand that I must go I told him I paid only he said go go go. My husband went up there and he came through the part I guess where he lived and told him no money in hand but we already paid online and they were rooms open. We paid and didn't even get to stay there so we had to get a hotel at super 8 it's the worst place with rude management. I want my money back it's a scam.

After I got in to check and the man was real rude and told me he didn’t have any rooms after I got a confirmation saying that I had a room so I had to turn around and drive all the way home for three hours was not a good trip

I'm not sure which was nastier, the staff or the room it was so gross i didn't even take my clothes off to sleep.This place was so sketch and uncomfortable I bought a bottle of ZzzQuil to make sure I actually slept. The sheets were dirty, and there was a landscaping crew blowing lawn debris at 9:45PM (yes, at night). There was ceese on the wall (I hope it was cheese), duct taped vent, the TV wouldn't show any shows. They issued me a worn out towel and washcloth. The shower was gross, and a handle was broken off. I had to go to a local gym to take a shower Outside, the house my room was in was up a hill in the back, and unlit. I eventually found my door, and saw a bag full of cans which had been sitting there for a long time. I couldn't get the deadbolt to engage[ and the lamp at the front wouldn't come on (i later found that it has been unplugged). I had to go to the back of the room before I found a light switch that would operate. I have stayed in sketch hotels all around the world. This is the one time where i actually was concerned for my safety The guy at the office . Rude with a nasty attitude. He shouted "ID and money, 50 dollars!" I told him that I thought I had paid through the app and I'd like to check to make sure, and he started yelling "you pay here" a few times. He wouldn't answer any of my questions, and if it hadn't been so late, i would have gone somewhere else i should have... Expedia should remove this place from their list.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life!
It sucked. We had reserved 2 beds and we were told there were only 1 bed in the whole entire hotel. All the neighbors were so noisy. They drink beer and are drugatics. We had to wait 1 hr for some to open up so we could check in. I hope hotels.con doesn’t offer this hotel ever. We were bitten by bedbugs.

Never got to check in. The owner swore there was no room available and had no reservations. He was very rude and cussed at me. Then slammed his door while i was standing at desk.

No longer a hotel.
This place is no longer a hotel. It has been converted to nasty apartments. Very nasty. Honestly it challenges my trust in hotels.com and other sites like it. This place was trashy and unkept. The people were extremely rude as well.

Worst hotel ever, mainly for rentals for people who have no place to live. Run down, disgusting, holes and writing on the walls. Ice maker was in checkin area and so loud I couldnt hear the check in person who hid behind plexiglass and was Indian and didnt speak a lick of english, I had to pay up front at checkin not check out. He had to call his family member to talk to me on his cell phone. I called travelocity to complain and make sure they didnt double charge me for the hotel and that person was Indian and didnt under stand what I was saying and wouldnt transllfer me to a manager so I just hung up since she couldnt and wouldnt help me

This man that lives there apparently all the time asked if I had any drugs and suggested we will later even though I said no I did not want to and he video recorded me my car followed me to my room I complained to the manager ahh he could reply Was no refund I felt unsafe even violated the way this man approached me and once he got back to his buddies they all four made ride unspeakable gestures at me i would NOT I REPEAT would NOT STAY THERE

Its a really nice motel for the price. We was very shocked on how big the room was and how clean he keeps the rooms. Its only 1 person and he does it all very quickly and good. I will definently be back to stay here again.

Manager took $5 cash for key deposit, to be refunded when I returned the key, but when I returned he wouldnt come to the desk. No ice bucket, only gave me 1 baggie for ice & then it leaked!
