"Great accommodation and service"

"Communication with check in staff is very convenient via WhatsApp and prompt to respond. Instructions to collect keys and locating the designated parking spot are clear. Apartment is clean though the furnishing is spartan; will be more homely if the place is spruced up. The water heater and water pressure in the common bathroom didn’t work for us though; but the bathroom in the master bedroom worked well. Location is very convenient; almost next door to Aeon Mall."

"チェックイン、チェックアウト共にスタッフと会って確認できてよかった。JHバスターミナルからバスで移動できるので便利。食事も隣のKSLショッピングモールでできる。テイクアウトして持ち帰って食べることもできる。Wi-Fi良好。シャワーの水圧は今ひとつだったが、お湯はちゃんと出た。排水も良い。洗濯ができ、洗濯物干し台もあってよかった(洗濯機があっても洗濯物干し台がない施設もあるので事前確認しておくと安心)"

"Apartment not furnished for basic needs. Kitchen doesn't have: Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. No laundry detergent. Oven is marked as temporarily out of service. Fact is it was never used. Fridge was not able to freeze and not even able to keep food cold in fridge section. This Apartment is more expensive that other apartments in same complex that offer fully furnished apartments and proper...

"The property is unique as the place is clean and amenities are good. Though check-in was at 4pm, but we didn't check-in till around 10pm after the unexpected deposit was made. Exhausted as we were, a good rest in the night was much needed. BUT we have to check-out at 11am the next day let alone a string of do's and don'ts to be carried out to ensure a safe return of the deposit! Nice place with a very rigid requirements that made the stay feel restricted."
