"The room was very clean. We had a dog and it was easy to keep it clean since the room was efficient. The staff is great. We ate with our dog outside on the patio for breakfast. A very nice place to stay."

"Rooms were very clean. Most staff members were very nice, there were just a couple of staff members that were a little rude. Overall it was a great stay. Restaurant needs to improve their menu. They were out of more than half of their menu items."

"Best thing is location to Basilica. They make you leave room key every time you leave! It's frustrating waiting in line for 5-10" to get your key each time. I know it's Mexico, but they do advertise they speak English, but I only came across 1 employee on the night shift. Rooms are clean, safe, hot water, AC worked well."

"Shocked to see a gigantic mirror above the bed, and a window straight into the bathroom, the window had a cover with an outline of a naked woman but you could still very easily see the toilet and shower from the bed. However, the room and building were nice compared to ramshackle state most of Mexico City seems to be in. The mattress was extremely firm, so I don't recommend for side sleepers. We went to the hotel restaurant and we liked the food and service there. I never did see a jacuzzi...
