"The 300 room above mine was very loud 24/7 and the hotel staff refused to get the children to be quiet nor to move me."

We had 4 people on our reservation but only had 3 towels in our room. Most of the channels on the tv wouldn’t work. There were random paint spots on the ceiling. Peeling paint in the pool area and the room. The air conditioner in the room kept resetting itself and not cooling the...

"The check In Staff were very friendly and attentive The property both inside is very clean and neeer looking Right off dt 81 very convenient "

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"The breakfast was good fresh, the staff pleasant, the parking was easy, the room clean, for my stay was exactly what I need it. One thing only the ice machine did have any ice on the 2nd floor area where my room was. that was the only thing. but everything else great"

"Good place to stay for one night. Smaller than typical hotel rooms but has everything you need and comfortable bed. My only complaints are the shower leaked onto the floor, the breakfast buffet was poor and the reception desk could not give us change to be able to tip the staff when we left. We ran into this at another hotel we stayed at recently. I realize everyone now uses credit cards so I guess we now have to put it on the credit card. However who is going to take the time to do that when...

"We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "
