Hotel murah di Jonestown

"Our stay was horrible and this was our second bad experience and we will never go back. I have pictures of mold in the microwave and the owner/manager avoided me like the plague because I wanted a partial refund. Breakfast area was clean but they served green bananas. Also, mold in the bathroom. This motel should not be part of the Best Western franchise."

"Perfect place. We were traveling to and from Fl. The room was spotless. The staff were so friendly and welcomed you like you were family. I would give 10 stars if I could. Of all tje hotels we stayed in on our trip this one was by far the best."

"Hotel needs some upkeep and deep cleaning. They do not provide body lotion which was a surprise since we were not carrying one. Other than that hotel was good enough for short 1-2 night stay. Number of dining options in walking distance."

"This place should not even allow guests to stay!!! It's that filthy! Pot smell in hallways, bathroom tub was black with dirt, mildew, the transmission between the mirror and sink had been ripped off and left with nothing, stained sheets and stained towels, ripped up tissue on the floor rug. The pool was apparently closed but the staff didn't offer this info. There was no door going into pool area and mattresses and chairs stacked up. The pool had water but looked like it had algae and bugs...

"They are not friendly here. There are so many places to stay in this area, choose a different hotel. You won’t regret it."

"Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful."

"Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎"

"The breakfast was a bit disappointing and the fitness center equipment wasn't fully functional. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a quick stay while on a road trip."

"Bugs in The room, had to report noise at 130 am, toilet not working. After another day went to get a knife out from drawer and noticed more bugs.Downloaded app to find it was German cockroaches. Called to have them come look and wanted to move us to a different room. BEWARE!! We left that night and got minimum refund."
