"It was clean and quiet. I liked having the kitchenette and washing machine although there is no dryer. I did not have a view and the balcony did not have a chair and it was overlooked by the building next door. The room was quite small but the bed comfortable and shower was good The area was nondescript but close to a subway."

"初めて利用しました。部屋の内装は新しいのかとても綺麗で清潔でしたが、浴室の清掃が気になりました。これが通常なのか、うっかり忘れたのかという感じです。 男性スタッフはとても愛想が良く親切でした。ホテルなのにかけ布団がふかふかで軽くていいのですが、掛けていると暑く、掛けないとエアコンがよく効いて寒かったです。調整すればいいのかもしれません。 1Fにアメニティの販売機があります。 タオルはまだやわらかく気持ちよかったです。 エレベーターあります。（早い） ドライヤーが日本のものよりいい！ ドレッサーのような大きな鏡は洗面台のところだけです。 浴槽あります。お湯も水圧も十分です。 パジャマはありません。 仁川からリムジンバスで着くと遠いので、荷物が多ければタクシーになりますね。"

"This hotel was adequate, but it has so much potential to be excellent if the rooms could be updated! The location is great - really close to train stations as well as the oldest street market in Seoul. Staff was very good; they helped us get taxis a few times within minutes (taxis are very cheap in Seoul). And they clean the room and provide water bottles daily. "room is compact but clean and comfortable. Location is very good, the airport bus from ICN stop directly outside the hotel, as well as the metro. Check-in and out are done via a kiosk. The listing states if you arrive late to request 'special instructions' but as long as you have the door code there are no special instructions. "Location was great with easy walkability and access to subway and airport limo. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The front desk helped my older parents make plans, navigate transportation, and gave great recommendations in both Seoul and Busan. One suggestion: towel hooks!
