"The check in process is entirely digital. It’s a little wonky since service around there is spotty and I think having human interaction is just better, But the grounds and living space were absolutely beautiful. Great spot to unwind and watch the stars from their giant hot tub."

"The hotel stay itself was good - the breakfast is good and the room was clean. However, nowhere on Expedia does it say that there is a charge for parking. This isn’t in an area where one would expect people to park that don’t belong there. In addition, when I got my credit card bill, they charged me for the room when I had already prepaid through Expedia. I’m waiting for my refund. But I can’t recommend this hotel because of these issues. "

"Room was small but set up in a very usable way. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Not the easiest place to access from the west - must make a left turn from a 4 lane road with no center turn lane. "

"The room is colorful, spacious and clean. It’s our second time staying here and that’s our go to spot when we come to Joshua tree. It’s cheap, but doesn’t feel like a motel, which I typically do not like motels at all. This feels more like cabins. The gentleman at the front is very nice and helpful.
