"The girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. They assisted us multiple times with directions and helped us find specific places we were looking for. The room was very clean, and they provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "We got a double room and it was really small, uncomfortably small for my partner, I and 2 year old son. They probably shouldn’t offer it for family with kids. Despite the room being very small, it had all you would need, but we found it very uncomfortable and that is the reason for our rating. Nonetheless the facilities were very good with free laundry and lovely onsen, free drinks and lots of complimentary items to use during your stay. It’s location is amazing too very close to the station. Staff is lovely and helpful. I would stay again in a bigger room. "
