"We loved this thoughtfully designed rental. We had all that we needed and loved the private pool in a cool atrium. When it rained, we listened to the drops fall into the pool and the next day had our coffee with our feet in the pool. The bathroom shower is amazing! Loved the location, close to the water, restaurants and shops!"

"Habitación limpia sin embargo se solicitó ayuda con el agua ya que estaba muy fría no había agua caliente se solicitó ayuda al personal y no me asistieron, tampoco buscaron opciones para la asistencia, por otra parte el área de la piscina tenía horario (cerraba muy temprano) esto afecta el que las personas tengan que salir del hotel adicional a que no hay comida ya que en lugar cierra temprano por lo que también hay que salir del hotel. Realmente no fue un estadía agradable "

"I stayed with my family overnight. Pros: It’s quiet and relaxing. It’s just minutes from the Rincón town square and the beach. Hot shower. Good A/C. Nice view. Cons: The bar was closed the entire time during our stay. To get anywhere on the property, you have to use stairs. The smell from the plug-in in the room became annoying after a while. The beds are uncomfortable."

"I’m very disappointed with my stay. I booked this hotel through Expedia, and nowhere in the listing did it mention a $250 deposit for just one night. This was a complete surprise at check-in and felt very misleading. On top of that, I was later charged $15 for “dirty towels,” which makes no sense—towels are meant to be used and cleaned by the hotel. Charging guests for normal use is unreasonable.
