"The bathroom was a disgrace. Grubby, poorly maintained, flooring and panels were heavily water damaged. A small leak from wash basin. Decor was grubby. The main bedroom was more like being in a hostel.

"It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. The jacuzzi wasn’t working, neither was the steam room. The hot sauna was good but the pool temperature was on the low side. ...
