"Les chambres n'étaient pas nettoyées pendant tout le séjour. On était obligé de sortir les sacs de déchets le samedi soir, la veille de notre départ. Il y avait un gros dégat d'eau dans la suite où j'ai été. Le bol de toilette était rempli jusqu'au débordement après avoir appuyé sur le chasse-eau. La salle de bain était rempli d'eau..... J'ai dû utiliser tous les "towels" pour sécher l'eau et ce n'était pas suffisant.
● Ma carte de crédit a été débitée pour 3 suites lors des réservations, alors...

"The experience with the receptionist was not good. She never greeted us or made us feel welcome. Her first approach was simply, “Pass me your identification.” There was no warm or friendly welcome at all.

"Muhammed at the front desk needs a real attitude check. We were told to meet the shuttle driver at the same place he dropped us at the airport. I called for a shuttle and was completely belittled by Muhammed. "If the roadway is blocked off, you tell me how the driver is picking other people up?". If you do not like your job, get out of the industry.

"We booked this hotel for the pool, as a swim post flight would be great for our kiddo. Only to arrive and for it to be out of commission, with no warning email.
