"From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back."

"Cet hôtel était tout simplement horrible, sale, il y avait une odeur de moisi dans la chambre et c'était insalubre. Les draps étaient sales et pour rajouter à tout cela, il y avait même pas de déjeuner comme indiqué sur le site. Au final, j'ai payé pour dormir dans mon auto parce qu'Expédia ne m'a pas aidé et l'hôtel non plus!"

"This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am."

"We’ve traveled for years with me making reservations in my name/e-mail and using my husband CC to pay, with NO issues! This was not allowed when we checked into this location! My only option was to give them a CC with my name on it or my husband would have to come in and all information would have to be changed into to his name. The employee made it clear how inconvenient it was for him to change everything. When I asked for the extra bedding and towels he failed to give it all to me. Had...
