"Great hotel, restaurant and food great. Only issue if you get a room with hideaway bed and need to use the bed. Be prepared to be cold. We asked for additional blanket. Service desk said sorry they dont have an extra blanket."

"Stayed here last minute when flight canceled due to weather. Staff was great, a shuttle made it convenient back and forth to airport. Rooms are spacious, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otheryit was fine and definitely beat sleeping on an airport bench!"

"The property was pretty clean and easy access to businesses and restaurants. The breakfast was the same as every hotel, edible but nothing great. The tv volume wouldn’t turn down and the pool area was closed due to maintenance. Over all it was a good stay."

"We stayed in a room with a roll in shower for easy access for my wife to get in with her wheelchair. The shower was not equipped with handicap bench/chair. Called front desk to see if they would provide one with no luck. Purchased our own at a Walgreens near by"

"My flight was cancelled when I called the front desk they didn’t have any rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked one. The front desk made it difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to the hotel but the driver found me as I was booking an Uber. After getting to the hotel my experience was wonderful! I showered, ordered room service and rested in the king bed. In the morning had the breakfast buffet and coffee and shuttled back to the terminal the driver told me exactly where I needed to...

"The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that...

"So the good. We Checked in on Tuesday. The room was very clean. The amenities were all good. The hotel had airport shuttle, very helpful. The bad. We stayed 3 nights and the maids never touched our room. We had to exchange our own towels at the front desk. We had to leave our trash in the hallway. I have never stayed in a hotel where maid service wasn't performed everyday."

"The room was clean, but it smelled musty, like there had been a leak or water damage somewhere. Maybe it was the AC unit - I don't know. We stayed on the 4th floor. The building also smelled like bug spray."

"The hotel looks new and clean until you look a little closer. It’s close to the airport and it’s nice they have an airport shuttle, you just have to call the hotel to request it. But if you’re leaving early in the morning, the shuttle doesn’t start until 6am. Was just using the hotel to be close to the airport for my 5am flight so did not take advantage or look at the amenities. It is nice they do offer free breakfast!"
