"Location and free shuttle at 4:00 am. Allow 30 mins to get to airport on shuttle due to stopping at other hotels before getting to airport. The hotel itself is good for one night stay. Our room faced the street on second floor, had a lot of car noise but it did die down after 10:00 pm. Hot coffee in lobby that morning."

"The complimentary breakfast was very good, the hot tub was enjoyable, and once I understood the airport shuttle process, the shuttle itself was helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. After significant travel delays, I arrived very late at night and called the hotel with questions about the shuttle. The employee on the phone became noticeably irritated and raised their voice while I was simply trying to understand the pickup process. Check-in was disorganized and took a long time because the staff could not locate my Expedia reservation. I ultimately had to pay for another room and resolve the issue with Expedia separately. The biggest issue was the complete lack of privacy and coordination during the stay. Multiple guests were accidentally given keys to my room and walked in while I was inside. Even after reporting it to the front desk, it continued happening. Housekeeping also repeatedly entered or attempted to enter the room early in the morning despite our very late arrival. To make matters worse, our room keys later stopped working, and the front desk repeatedly called close to midnight demanding a card on file even though one had already been provided at check-in. The hotel has decent amenities, but the poor communication, lack of organization, and repeated room access issues made this an exhausting and uncomfortable stay."
