"The room was spotless. Outdated? Yes, but most of that is aesthetic. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I've been in (and I've stayed at the Venetian) and the water got hot fast and stayed hot. Only major issue was the air conditioning unit looked like it was from the 70s and was impossible to figure out. Otherwise a very pleasant stay. The TV has Netflix and YouTube, but bring a roku or Chromecast and you can use it to access other apps. "

"I got to the hotel and around 10:00 AM. The staff made me wait for my room until 2:45 PM. Yes, 3:00 PM is their official check-in time, but leaving a 77 year old man waiting for almost five hours was bizarre. There was certainly a room ready for me before 2:45 PM...The shuttle bus service to the airport was also somewhat chaotic."

"Wow! I didn’t expect much and what I received was so much more. From the second I walked in the manager of the hotel was stand out amazing. So helpful, caring, knowledgeable and hospitable. I felt at home and like he would go out of his way for all of his guests to make sure they were happy, comfortable and taken care of. The room was exactly what I needed. Perfectly clean with a comfortable bed. My room couldn’t have been cleaner! I was very impressed. This isn’t a fancy hotel but it is perfectly cared for and a pleasure. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to SFO. Thank you."

"Location and free shuttle at 4:00 am. Allow 30 mins to get to airport on shuttle due to stopping at other hotels before getting to airport. The hotel itself is good for one night stay. Our room faced the street on second floor, had a lot of car noise but it did die down after 10:00 pm. Hot coffee in lobby that morning."
