"The property is in great location, and well maintained ,, the fronnt desk staff are terrible thou.. checking in Dan didn't look at us at all..he never smile, he is just focus on the computer screen.. same as when we checked out, I didn't feel any appreciation from the front desk. I even say hello we are checking out at drop the key card on the counter, and i was told, you can just drop it here and top the box..and I felt offended. I never heard thank you at all or aknowledgement from any...

"Overall good staff, clean facility, and fair amenities. One complaint I have is that I had to call guest services 3 times - 3rd time I had to ask for a real person to answer the phone - because my first 2 requests for toothpaste or a dental kit wasn't addressed by the automatic (AI?) machine that responded and claimed it'd forward the request to staff. Only when I called for the 3rd time and asked for a real person was I told by a human that they were completely out of dental kits/toothpaste,...

"Parking can get a little crowded but I guess it is a small hotel. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was hotel breakfast but they had a variety. Waffles were good."

"The location near airport yet near the city was excellent. Really enjoyed the well-maintained pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was adequate; enjoyed the pancake machine, although it was broken on the last day of our stay. They replaced it, however with a toastable waffle. The kitchen in the room was great. We didn’t use, but saw many people using the clothes washing facilities. It was a comfortable stay overall, and at a price at least $100 less than most competitors, we really appreciated this...

"It was mediocre at best. If you need to sleep and go it's fine but it not a hotel you will hang out at. It was clean so that was good. There was no coffee or anything available outside of breakfast hours which only starts at 6h30 so if you have an early flight you can forget eating."

"Amplia, segura, moderna , tiene Alexa techada, desayuno bien sin exceder, café en todo momento, solo estacionamiento se llena y no caben todos los autos si llegas tarde!, sin amenidades o muy pobres, un poco caro pero la zona lo merece!!"
