"Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."

"Renisha was very nice. But I asked for a pillow that never came. The tub didn’t drain so I contacted the front desk and they sent maintenance but after he supposedly fixed it, it still didn’t drain. The guy who checked me in didn’t give much info and had attitude when we asked how to get to our room. He asked if I had a car but never told me there was a daily fee for parking. I only found out when I checked out and got a copy of the bill."

She was so incredibly helpful and kind. We would have left if it wasn't for her.
