"This is a wonderful property to visit if you have a layover at SeaTac. Or live in the area and want to meet someone for lunch or a beverage after work. The staff are professional and the atmosphere is welcoming. We also visited the spa, and enjoyed a massage. The relaxing room was cozy and relaxing. Then we hung out in the hot tub, perfect afternoon."

"Clean spacious rooms. It’s quiet snd the parking garage is nice. We have stayed here many times and breakfast has been good, but this time the hot food choices were cold. We will stay again."

"Check in was discouraging. There was no on-site parking as verbally assured to us by management prior to our booking thru Expedia. So we had to pay an additional $275 at the desk for off site parking. Hot water was not available. Told it would be up and running soon. The next morning at 3:30am there was still no hot water. "The hard flooring in the rooms don't block the sound of upstairs neighbors walking around in hard shoes. Limited TV channels available. Very good transit service to downtown Seattle. Semi express route 150. "

"The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. "

"Breakfast is wonderful. Shuttle is 8 minutes quick and drivers are friendly. This has become our go-to Hotel. We have stayed in "all of 'em" passing through Sea-Tac for 23 years to go visit friends. Nice linens, beds, staff, and its really clean. Steve and Patsy K. Northern Michigan. "
