"I found the front desk staff to be unprofessional and focused on charging me more than what had been agreed upon. Before my arrival, we had confirmed by email that the airport pickup would cost $35. However, when I checked out, the staff insisted that I pay $40 instead.
I spent about 30 minutes discussing the issue with them and showed them the email confirming the agreed price of $35, but they continued to demand $40. This experience was extremely frustrating and left me feeling disappointed...
