"Yes, the staff is great. If there is a problem, they will take care of it. It is however, difficult to get in touch with someone at the front desk. They always seem to be absent during open hours, so one needs to plan accordingly. For this being such a busy area, the property seems pretty secure. The manager gave me an upgraded room as soon as I got here and I've kept that room do to it being in the back of the building and being very quiet. I enjoy the stay for the price relative to the area...
