"The staff was great and the location is amazing. The food from the in-house restaurant was really good and decently priced for the convenience. The breakfast didn’t change from day to day but was made well and I enjoyed it every morning I was there. Your room is scheduled for a cleaning every other day. I only have 2 complaints. 1) you are hit with a $50 + tax resort fee when you arrive. I was told that was for parking and for being on the beach. I guess this is okay but I HATE surprise charges 2) the room tvs are not modern so you don’t have any streaming app options. Just basic cable and a lot of the common channels didn’t work (FX, TruTV, etc. ) that’s was kind of lame but I did get to binge watch SpongeBob so I’m not mad about that. I was told that you can bring your Roku or fire stick so do that if you want to stream. Anyways, Overall great stay and would recommend. I will stay again next time I’m in the area."

"The staff was amazingly helpful; best customer service we’ve had in a long time. The hotel is old but it was clean and the location is perfect. Only complaint would be the A/C unit didn’t function well. But for sure we’ll be coming back."

"I don’t like paying for parking which I did not. I just parked on the side of the road. I think if I’m paying for my stay, parking should be free. That’s my only gripe, I never heard of a hotel that charges parking for the hotel you are staying at."

"We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There was food on the couch and chair in our room. Housekeeping came in once out of the 3 nights and took the towels we went and got from the front desk and our wash cloth and only left one towel again. Staff were nice and respectful and the breakfast was well stocked. Hotel is in a pretty decent location."
