"Super cute boutique hotel in an old mansion located downtown Galveston. The beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. The breakfast they offer in the morning is very good and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again. And the happy hour was fun."

"This was an absolutely amazing property in every aspect. The owner was so kind and so accommodating with my grandson and providing for his pack and play. The complete facility was clean and decorated beautifully. The pool was clean and the outdoor beds, chairs and breakfast area were perfect. We were even able to watch English horseback lessons while eating breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and there was fresh fruit, cereal, juice and milk. "Hoffmann Haus was an excellent experience. Our room was very quaint, the grounds were well-kept (with excellent gardens), and the staff was very helpful. We had a couples massage at the spa that was excellent. The breakfasts were very tasty. We will visit again!"

"This place is a hidden gem! It is in a perfect location to walk to the Riverwalk commercial area, only a few minutes drive to the interstate highways, and has great parking. The owner, Vanessa, and Margaret were courteous, welcoming, and attentive. The breakfast options were delicious and they accommodated our son who has food allergies! "Our key was waiting for us on arrival & the previous emailed instructions made check in smooth. Room was great, clean, comfortable & quiet. Steve & Linda are gracious hosts that provided a tasty breakfast & early coffee! They care about the customer & had good advice for us about local happenings & quality restaurants. TV was a challenge but got straightened out. Highly recommended."
