"They took a 25.00 security deposit which was a surprise to me. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. The reception area was depressing. Not worth the money. "

"The pool was way overcrowded. There were adults drinking in the hot tub with minors. Teenagers throwing footballs and hitting younger kids in the head, and pushing random younger kids under the water. It was crazy. The cold watee knob on our tub was broken off and couldn't be used. There was a trash can in the livingroom that had never been emptied before we got there. It had bags traah from Starbucks in it. There were no sheets available for the pullout couch. When we requested them we told the desk we would be out. They saud they'd leave them outside the door and said tgey would not enter the unit. When we got back tge sheets were inside our dining area. It's a pretty place but we were not impressed honestly."

"Our suite was so comfortable and clean. Virginia is a yearly trip for our family and Powhatan felt like home! We loved our stay! "

"The staff is wonderful the rooms are clean the housekeepers do a wonderful job it's pet friendly if you need to go to the mall the bus stop is right there parking is great"

"We didn’t have breakfast, but the bar was great, and offered a pool table and stand up shuffle board that kept the kids occupied. Food was very good as well. "

"Amazing stay. Full 2 bedroom apartment, with 2 baths, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Recently remodeled. Clean. Amazing for a family stay. Plus a great pool and hot tub. Mini golf, the whole nine. They offered to let us stay another day free but we had to leave. Would definitely stay again."

"Property was per friendly, but the building itself was old and not kept up. The rooftop sitting area was not open in early April when we stayed there, nor was it easily accessible. Not worth the price or the high rating."
