"This is a newer property in a very nice area, over-looking the TN river. This pool is fantastic and is a welcome refreshment in the blazing heat. The rooms are clean and the property is nice! Word of caution: they are going to charge you a $150 deposit. This is above and beyond your room charge. The frustrating thing; it's an additional charge for an incidental deposit. They never check for any damages and credit you back, at check out. Why charge the extra deposit, if you aren't checking for damages? This morning they tried to use the deposit to "pay down" my bill. I asked them not to do that, as it messes up my corporate expense report. They lady that helped check me out, this morning acted like it was a problem for me to ask for the deposit to off-set my initial charge. I had to explain it to her, several times, and she was not happy to have to do the extra work. When I compared the two bills, it appears that the deposit charge was not fully refunded and it was not explainable to me..."
