"Our rooms didn’t have face towels or floor towel for the shower only very thin/ worn full body towels. I found a dirty sock rolled on the corner of the floor by the balcony. Restaurants close at 8-9pm despite Google says 10-11pm so we were only able to eat pizza instead of the steak house. For the price of rooms parking no included"

"The hotel was exquisite! Beautiful views! Will come back. Only complaint is that when we checked in, our room was supposed to have a private balcony. The picture on Expedia was a misrepresentation of the actual room we received. Our room was on the bottom floor by the pool. I was gonna make a big fuss about it but chose not to. Other than that, had a great stay."

"Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. "Our check in lady was incredible, super friendly and helpful. She greeted us warmly whenever we passed by, like a brand new friend. Unfortunately, the other front desk staff were not as friendly or helpful. Maybe they have too many other responsibilities because it seems their focus was not on the customers. We took advantage of the $10 breakfast, which was very nice and great value. Great price for breakfast which included cooked, bakery and cereal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."
